The Old Soul Table

This 237-year old California Valley Oak tree blew over in a windstorm in 1998. I had it milled and retrieved the milling waste from a dumplster at the mill and cut it into veneer. This coffee table came from that mill waste. The 2" thick planks are still drying in my backyard.
